For the last 8 years I've worked in design teams at startups. I’ve led projects both big and small, managed teams of designers and worked side by side with product, marketing & engineering folk to deliver experiences users love.

What I've learnt is that startups move fast, and to produce quality design at scale you need systems in place to help. That's what I do — usually with a cap on my head and a cup of tea in hand.
