Freesy

Freesy was born out of the innovation team at recruitment giant Reed, championing freelancing as the new career and positioning itself as the go-to-platform for ambitious self-starters. Joining at the early stages of Freesy's development, I worked across brand, product and marketing — collaborating with both external agencies and freelancers to bring our bold new idea to life.

Outcome

Unfortunately Freesy ended in February 2020 due to covid. The product had successfully launched in beta, gaining a strong community of freelancers and startups in just a few months, but failed to make it to March for the big launch.

Having collaborated with Ragged Edge on the initial brand identity, Endava on the product development and in-house freelancers for brand and product design, this was a true team effort and a great project to work on from inception to delivery.
